50-HOUR YIN YOGA TRAINING
This 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training is a study of becoming a Yin Teacher that provides safe and effective offerings. The program is structured to provide additional depth to experienced teachers (even those who already teach Yin Yoga) and for beginners with little to no experience with Yin Yoga.
Our Yin Yoga Training will provide:
An understanding of the Philosophy & Practice of Yin Yoga
An ability to understand and convey the practical benefits of Yin Yoga on a physical, energetic and psychospiritual level
A pathway to understanding how Yin Yoga provides insight into Self
Understanding of the effect of Yin Yoga on the Body's Physiology & Anatomy
How to Teach this practice safely
This thorough look into the practice of Yin will tie in the physical to the mental elements of this practice so that you are able to offer a full rounded class. Am I Doing this Right?
Whether you're new to yoga or you've been on the mat for years, breaking down the poses into all of their minor elements can deepen your practice and improve your experience. We'll learn proper breath, where your limbs should go, how to "float" and more!
Many yoga classes will begin with a series of sun salutations (traditionally called surya namaskar), which are a sequence of movements that serve to strengthen and lengthen most muscles in the body, while also helping to sync your movement and breath to calm your nervous system.
This workshop is designed to help you with your sun salutation by teaching you Sun Salutation A, B & C and by offering tips on alignment, how to move from one pose to the next and using the breath to create flow. $15

Workshopping Your Wheel
Wheel is one of yoga's quintessential backbends. It provides a gateway to other advanced backbends, but more importantly, even if you never get there, the prep work has amazing benefits on its own!
Whether you take this pose to its full expression, or continue to build a solid foundation, you will stand a little taller, feel a little freer, and move about the world with a more open heart.

Using therapy balls to help open and props to support, Simone will guide you through your journey in this pose. Spend an incredible two hours deepening your backbend practice. $19
This Valentine Weekend Workshop will be the start of a promise, a promise to yourself. Love is the nourishment for the soul. Without love, the soul is weak. When we love ourselves, we take the first step toward real love. One of the steps toward loving yourself is to release the need to be perfect. For when we start trying to be perfect, we want everyone to be perfect. We condemn and judge those who aren't, especially those closest to us.
Love is an experience that goes beyond what is in the conscious mind. It is offering ourselves and others the right to be free.
