This workshop will introduce the basics of Aerial Yoga to you safely and effectively. You’ll learn how aerial yoga decompresses the spine, strengthens your core and allows you to get deep stretches all while having fun! Must be willing to step outside your comfort zone! All levels of practice are welcome to come play! This 90-minute workshop will cover basic concepts and poses. Learn movements with the silks to improve balance and gain confidence in your practice.
