Deep Release with Therapy Balls: Feet, Legs & Hips

Mobilize your lower body with this workshop.  Spend the morning getting deep into a foot, leg and hip massage sequence using Yoga Tune Up balls.  Once you start taking care of your feet, you will notice an overall sense of relief. Your whole body will be more relaxed. We will pay particular attention to your calves and hamstrings and how they feel before and after you roll.  Tight calves and hamstrings play a role in lower back pain, we will discover if some relief is possible.  Take care of your feet and you will start on the path of taking care of your whole body, from the ground up. $35
