Yin yoga is a slow-paced, profound practice that targets the deep tissues of the body. This practice lubricates muscles and joints & improves flexibility. Connective tissue is strengthened and repaired with the longer holds of Yin Yoga. Combined with the awareness that arises from mindfulness, the inner world becomes relaxed and a quiet calmness is discovered.
