Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is one of the most effective tools for moving through labour and delivery as well as giving you tools for parenting.  

Pregnancy is truly a deep deep meditation in to your own body, and you and your baby's journey into the world together. 

This class is a great way to prepare for childbirth and connect with your baby. Yoga classes are a great way to prepare yourself for the birthing process as well as create a community of other mommas-to-be.
