Zoomers & Boomers, who often struggle with pain, joint stress, imbalance, osteoarthritis, & other physical limitations, can benefit from incorporating a yoga practice into their routine. Essential Yoga is hosting a 55 yr+ week is all about you: whether you are new to yoga or have some experience. Scared to start? We get it.
Kick off the week with our 55+ Yoga Fundamentals Workshop happening Sunday, Feb 4th from 3-5pm. $25 for two or $15 individual.
