Kayla started regularly practicing yoga during her second pregnancy as a way to connect with body and focus on breath to prepare for her labour.  Post-partum, she decided to try aerial yoga - and instantly fell in love!

Aerial yoga has brought her great joy, while strengthening her practice and helping to ease into additional postures that were once unavailable.  She is grateful to be helping fellow yoga lovers to find their way up and around the silks.
