Rikki’s journey with yoga began like many others, as purely physical and only intended to enhance her other fitness pursuits. What began as a sporadic effort to loosen tight muscles, has slowly evolved into something much deeper. Now, Rikki practices yoga and meditation to stay connected to self, clear out the mental noise, to feel strong and healthy, and to bring balance into her life.
Intrigued by her deepening love for yoga, Rikki became a RYT 200, completing her Yoga Teacher Training at Seva Yoga Co. (Grande Prairie, AB) in August 2017. Rikki is a passionate life long learner who actively continues her yoga studies, and frequently pursues additional training to enhance her classes. As a yoga teacher and practitioner, she is passionate about the mindfulness, empowerment and connection to self that yoga encompasses, and her personal practice is a soul-nourishing blend of Vinyasa Flow and Kundalini Yoga..
