Our goal at Essential Yoga Studio is to make Yoga accessible to every body in a safe and welcoming environment. We have some of the finest teachers who are encouraged to teach from their hearts and from the depth of their experience. This means when you come to our classes you will be introduced to different styles of teaching and approaches to the practice of Yoga. We hope this will enable you to find a class, a teacher and a style that resonates with you as an individual.

Mats are available.  If you're coming to hot yoga please bring a towel to cover your mat.  This is a must if you're using one of our mats.  Towels are available for rent..

Drop-in fees are $16 (Local drop-in $12).

Passes: 6 Classes $65 (3-month expiration), 12 Classes $110 (6-month expiration), 24 Classes $195 (one-year expiration) or 48 Classes for $319(2-year expiration). Get unlimited yoga for one month $95, three months, $265, or six months $450. Unlimited passes do not include series classes or workshops. Drop-in prices include HST, All other prices do not include HST.

Pre-registration is not needed to get into a class but you may want to register on-line to guarantee your spot. You can reserve as many classes as you wish.  You can cancel a class anytime up to four hours before class. We do not accept phone cancellations. Essential Yoga Studio is located at 761 7th ave (next to Yamagoya).
